Provides the legacy richtext wrapper.

Place ``wagtail.contrib.legacy.richtext`` before ``wagtail.core`` in  ``INSTALLED_APPS``.

    INSTALLED_APPS = [
        ...
        "wagtail.contrib.legacy.richtext",
        "wagtail.core",
        ...
    ]

The ``{{ page.body|richtext }}`` template filter will now render:
